CRM - Customer Relations manages the first half of the sales process: leads that are not yet customers, contacts linked to an account, sales opportunities, meeting and task activities, marketing campaigns, and the segment, score and forecast tools that feed them. You can convert a lead into an account card, and open a draft quote in KıbrısERP from a won opportunity.

All records are within company and branch scope; records outside the active company or branch in the top bar are not visible.
