What it is for

Check History (Adisyon Geçmişi) is the audit screen that lists closed checks by date range. When you click a check you see its lines (with complimentary, cancel and discount marks) and which method collected how much. The screen is view-only; refunds and reopening are done from the Recent Transactions section of the order screen.

Who uses it

Section titled “Who uses it”

The restaurant manager, the cashier and accounting. At least View on the Restaurant / Order page of the role screen is needed; without it “You do not have permission for this action” appears.

Screens

Section titled “Screens”
  • Date range: Start and End then List; the default range is the last seven days.
  • Check list: receipt number, closing time, table (Takeaway / Pickup if no table), status and total; a refunded check is red with a negative amount.
  • Table time and turnover: average table time and the number of closed tables for the range.
  • Detail card (eye button on a row): table and number of guests, check note, all lines (Complimentary and struck-through cancelled lines are marked).
  • Payments table: each collection method, tip if any, Partly paid and Refunded marks, Change and the equivalent amount for a currency different from the check currency.
