Inbox
What it is for
Section titled “What it is for”Inbox (Gelen Kutusu) shows the messages arriving in the company’s configured mailbox (IMAP) in a list on the left and the selected message in a reading pane on the right. From the same screen you can reply, link a message to an account, turn it into a support request, a lead or an activity, and archive it, so customer correspondence becomes CRM and service records without leaving for a separate mail program.

Who uses it
Section titled “Who uses it”Sales, customer relations and support staff. The screen uses the same permission as CRM: View on the CRM row of role page permissions opens it. Actions on the screen (reply, link, convert, archive) do not ask for Add separately; anyone who can see the mailbox can do them, so limit who sees it with the CRM permission.
Screens
Section titled “Screens”- Folder switch (Gelen / Arşiv): the unread count shows in the title; Refresh reloads.
- Message list: sender, date and time, subject, attachment icon, matched account, replied icon and an 80-character preview.
- Reading pane: opens the message and marks it read.
- Reply (Yanıtla): sends a reply with a “Re:” subject and marks the message replied.
- Link to Account (Cariye Bağla): choose the account; a sender matching an account, contact or lead e-mail is linked automatically.
- Open Request (Talep Aç): turns the message into a support request in the service module; the message must be linked to an account first.
- Convert to Lead and Convert to Activity: create a new lead (source “E-mail”) or an E-mail type CRM activity.
