Audit Log
What it is for
Section titled “What it is for”Audit Trail (Denetim İzi) is a read-only log that shows who carried out critical operations in your company (add, change, delete, approve, cancel) and when. Records cannot be changed afterwards. The screen also runs an audit trail integrity check to show whether records were changed afterwards and sets how long records are kept.
Who uses it
Section titled “Who uses it”Administrators and users with View on the System page. Each tenant sees only its own records.
Screens
Section titled “Screens”- Filters: record type, action (insert, update, delete, approve, cancel, custom), user and date range.
- Records table: time, entity, action, user and summary; 50 records per page with Previous and Next.
- Integrity & Retention card (Bütünlük & Saklama): Verify chain (Zinciri doğrula) runs the audit trail integrity check and reports whether any record was changed; if it reports a problem, take a screenshot and contact us; a retention field in days (0 = keep forever) and a button to purge expired records.
