Consolidated Invoicing
What it is for
Section titled “What it is for”Consolidated Invoicing (Toplu Faturalama) combines a customer’s approved sales dispatch notes that have not been invoiced into one invoice. It suits companies that invoice weekly or monthly. Stock already left when the dispatch note was approved, so the consolidated invoice does not move stock a second time; it only creates the account, VAT and accounting entries. The invoice is born as a Draft and is approved from Sales Management.
Every invoice line is linked to its source dispatch line. The invoiced quantity of a line cannot exceed what was shipped on it; a fully invoiced line is not invoiced again, and for a partly invoiced note only the remainder is taken.
